Principal Designer
Nacatomi Group is seeking a highly creative and experienced Principal Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leading the design of innovative products that positively impact our clients and end-users. What Will We Do
- Lead the creative direction and overall design strategy for projects
- Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into cohesive design solutions
- Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables
- Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes to achieve design excellence
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
- Led and delivered minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end Project Management)
Experience: 2+ Years

Working Hours: 09 Am To 05 Pm
Working Days: Monday To Friday
Salary: $25k – $35k annual
