Business Manager
Nacatomi Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Director to lead our strategic and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive sustainable growth and strengthen our market position.
Responsabilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to maximize their performance.
- Identify market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee project management and ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary: $28k – $45k annual
